Personal Trainer: GrexFit ("GREX", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information (name, email address) when you create an account via Apple Sign-In, Google, or email
• Fitness profile data (goals, experience level, equipment, training frequency)
• Workout activity and performance data you log in the app
• Messages sent to the AI coach (Alex)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and personalize your workout plans and AI coaching experience
• Track your fitness progress and personal records
• Process subscription payments through Apple's in-app purchase system
• Improve the app and develop new features
• Communicate with you about your account or the service

AI Coach (Alex)

Messages you send to Alex, our AI coach, are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Your fitness profile data (goals, experience, personal records) is included as context to provide personalized coaching advice. We do not sell or share your conversation data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (a PostgreSQL-based cloud database) with row-level security policies that ensure only you can access your own data. Data is stored in the United States.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Anthropic — AI coaching responses
• Apple — Sign-In with Apple, in-app purchases
• Google — Sign-In with Google

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

GREX is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format

Changes to This Policy
