By downloading or using Personal Trainer: GrexFit ("GREX", "the app", "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
GREX is a fitness guidance application intended for informational and motivational purposes only. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app. By using GREX, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The workout plans, AI coaching responses, and fitness content provided by GREX are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have any existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. You assume all risk associated with the use of fitness information provided in this app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
GREX offers the following subscription plans:
All new users receive a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, your selected subscription will begin and payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
The AI coach (Alex) provides fitness guidance generated by artificial intelligence. Responses are not a substitute for professional personal training, medical advice, or physical therapy. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate. Use your judgment and consult professionals for serious health or fitness concerns.
You agree not to:
All content in GREX, including workout plans, AI responses, exercise descriptions, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GREX and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
